Refund policy

Here at Dragonfly Mama Designs, we want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns

-We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

-Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

-Custom or personalized items are NOT eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

-If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service email, misty@dragonflymamadesigns.com. Make sure to include in your email your order number, as well as the reason you are requesting a refund.

Refunds

-Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status. 

-If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days

-Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. 

Exchanges

-Need a different item or color? We offer exchanges on eligible items within the same 7 day window.

-Contact us at misty@dragonflymamadesigns to arrange the exchange before you send anything back. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

-If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. 

We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost to you.
