Refund policy

Here at Dragonfly Mama Designs, we have a 7 day return and refund policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your package to request a return or a refund. 

Non-Returnable and Refundable Items

Dragonfly Mama Designs will not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on our holiday/seasonal items or any worn items. These items are final sale, no exception. 

Returns

If you would like to start a return, please reach out to our customer service email, dragonflymamadesigns@gmail.com. Make sure to include in your email your order number, as well as the reason you are requesting a refund. From there, we will let you know if you qualify for a return as well as if you are eligible to exchange your item for something new, or receive a full refund. 

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
